    • Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for copyrighted material used in their manuscripts.
    • The "Journal of Harbin Engineering University" assumes no liability for any copyright infringement committed by the authors.
  3. Conflict of Interest:

    • Authors should disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may have influenced the research or the interpretation of the results.
    • Reviewers and editors should recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
  4. Peer Review Process:
