An Empirical Study on Affiliation Between Political Skills, Emotions and Extroversion with Special Reference to College Professors

Abstract

Mounting political skills will raise good bond at work and form faith between colleagues and superiors in any organization. In a constructive sense, politically skilled employees promote compassionate and trusting surroundings to promote organizations and are going to be more dynamic leaders, which will lead to superior professional pleasure. An Extroversion trait will normalize emotions from inside out with great effortlessness by indulging in profound acting technique.  Hence this research paper is intended to explore the association between the political skills, emotions and extroversion towards college professors.  These above said factors influence teaching faculties on their career with respect to various aspects; therefore, this study has analyzed to find out the connotation of these factors among themselves.  All the three factors were taken individually as dependent and independent variables.  An empirical research method was employed to find out the results.   The snowball sampling technique has been used to collect the required data.  The statistical tools such as structural equation modelling and confirmatory factor analysis were applied for data analysis. The study concluded that all the three together does not have any significance.
