Guidelines to develop modern information technology to promote education quality in Qingdao Hengxing University

Abstract

The purposes are 1)  to promote the co-construction and sharing  educational resources through the development of modern information technology, 2) to  enrich the content of education management and optimize the system of education management through the development of modern information technology, and 3) to  improve education services and promote through the development of modern information technology.The population/sample for this research is Qingdao HengXing University, an application-oriented undergraduate university in China, including 200 education administrators, full-time teachers and so on. Through the investigation of education and teaching administrators and full-time teachers in Qingdao Hengxing University, 200 people were sent questionnaires, and 187 valid questionnaires were collected as samples to achieve the three goals of this study. The research instruments and procedures were developed to collect data for this study. The variables used for data collection in this study came from interviews with school education administrators and teachers in the form of questionnaires.
