Abstract
This research to study research on the Strategy of Administrative Management Reform in Guangxi Colleges and Universities under the concept of Innovative Education. This research used Mixed Method of Research. This research is divided into 3 phases:
Phase 1 To study research on the Strategy of Administrative Management Reform in Guangxi Colleges and Universities under the concept of Innovative Education.
Phase 2 To assess research on the Strategy of Administrative Management Reform in Guangxi Colleges and Universities under the concept of Innovative Education.
Phase 3 To guide research on the Strategy of Administrative Management Reform in Guangxi Colleges and Universities under the concept of Innovative Education.
On the basis of existing research, this paper explains the connotation of innovative education concept and university management reform strategy, and obtains the influencing factors of university management reform strategy and school management level, faculty team construction, administrative work status, performance evaluation and administrative supervision, etc. At the same time, eight specific variables under four dimensions are obtained: advanced management innovation concept and scientific thought.
