Researcher found that the adaptability a highest between 4.40 and 5.00. The mean value of the feasibility highest between 4.20 and 5.00, which means that it is adaptabe and feasible to improve the management strategy application-oriented in Hunan Province.

Researcher put forward the establishment management system Hunan undergraduate universities from the aspects management concept, teaching staff, government support, enterprise support, course design, evaluation index and so on.
