Abstract

As technology advances, so does our social dynamic. It is easier to seamlessly collaborate around the world and gain accurate information with faster communication. While getting in touch with an NGO via email or call is possible, it is time-consuming and requires research. Even though information regarding NGOs is available on the internet, users are incognizant of such organizations around them. At times users refrain from donating to organizations due to unsurety of their legitimacy or simply because it causes them the inconvenience of going out of their way, which leads to wastage of resources that could otherwise be more smartly utilized.

 Given a platform solely dedicated to the betterment of NGOs, better service delivery, increased transparency, and growth in donors and funds can be achieved.  Doorstep retrieval of donations, exposure to legitimate organizations, and a quick, hassle-free process of online payment of the desired amount all of which can be done at the touch of a fingertip with the ease of being seated at home or between a quick break at work with the Utkarsh app.
