ECC based Secure Protocol for Vehicular Digital Twin Networks
Main Article Content
Abstract
Autonomous vehicles (AVs) are revolutionizing transportation, which relies heavily on digital twins (DTs) for their development and operation. DTs are virtual models of AVs that simulate and test their behaviour in different environments. However, with the integration of these technologies, privacy and safety concerns have emerged due to both successes and failures. This paper proposes an ECC-based key agreement method for AVs and DTs. We review recent security advances, explore various attack methods, and evaluate the computational and communication costs of the proposed framework. Security analysis ensures secure and efficient communication, and our results show that the suggested protocol meets all security requirements, outperforming existing protocols.
