Abstract

There is significant change in the attitude of customer after covid-19. The majority of them buying the product or service through the online mode. The online Insurance is one of the growing sectors in the financial service sectors. This study Focus to predict the behavior of customer’s intent to buying online Insurance policy. The cross-sectional study adopts to collect the opinion of 381 respondent from the major cities of the Gujarat state. SPSS software applied to derive the predicting values of buying intentions. The multiple regression outcomes suggested the financial benefit is the most influential factors to influence the buying online insurance for Indian consumers.
