Abstract

This review research paper aims to investigate the impact of diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives on employee retention across various industries. By analyzing the relationship between D&I efforts and employee turnover, the study seeks to contribute to the understanding of how organizations can enhance employee retention through effective diversity and inclusion strategies. The paper is grounded in organizational behavior and human resource management theories, with a focus on concepts related to diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and retention.
