Research on the influence of submarine diving in stratified flow on the wake characteristics
Main Article Content
Abstract
The dive maneuver of a submarine in stratified flow is simulated by CFD technology based on the free surface wave making and its convergence and divergence field analysis to understand the influence of submarine diving mode on the wake characteristics of the sea surface. The divergence is obtained by monitoring the free surface velocity field, and the influence of the submarine dive state on the free surface and the jump layer flow field is comprehensively studied. Moreover, the influence of different ocean stratified environments on submarine dive maneuvers is studied and analyzed. Studies show that when the submarine is navigating with strong maneuvers, the disturbance to the free surface, that is, the interior of the ocean, is remarkably severe. When the submarine dives at different angles of attack and speed, the disturbance of the flow field is larger than that in the state of direct sailing at a constant speed.
